Reginald Martin brings a wealth of expertise in community advocacy, having founded The Martin Circle of Hope Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit that has supported Prince George’s County since 2011. His commitment to education, youth mentorship, and restorative justice is reflected in his work as a former Student Advocate and Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Oxon Hill High School.
Our consulting services are grounded in a deep understanding of the political and social landscape. Reginald has served as a campaign advisor and grassroots organizer, supporting initiatives that promote civic engagement and community welfare. His background includes roles such as Campaign Chairman, founding member of the African American Democratic Club, and active volunteer for national campaigns.

My name is Reginald Martin, I currently reside in Fort Washington, MD. I am a Husband and proud Father of two children. I am the Founder and Executive Director of The Martin Circle of Hope Foundation, Inc. The foundation is a 501c3 Non-profit charitable organization established in 2011. We serve Prince George’s County and the surrounding area. The foundation's mission is community outreach to strengthen families and communities through various programs. I am the former Student Advocate at Oxon Hill High School, Head Coach Boy’s Varsity Lacrosse and Mentor for the last 10 years. Owner, Reginald Martin Consulting, LLC.
I have been involved with community service efforts and advocating for children, families, and citizens for over 30 years. I will list a few of those efforts, Founding Member, Children Reading For Success Tutoring 1999-2000, Founder, The Harambee After School Project, Inc. 2003-2006, PTA President Valley View Elementary School 1998-2003. Birchwood City Civic Association, Oxon Hill, MD, Teen Court Coordinator Prince Georges’ County States’ Attorney’s Office 2002. I have a Certificate In Basic Mediation from Prince George’s Community College, 2011. 2- Time Recipient MEN of PGCPS & Fatherhood Forum Award, 2015 Outstanding Father of Prince George’s County Award, 2019 Outstanding Male Educator Presented by PGCPS Board of Education.
Currently, I am a proponent of Restorative Justice Practices as an alternative to just simply, Punitive measures as a means to helping our young people in today’s society. I also believe in, creating a Holistic approach to meeting their needs. I look forward to collaborating with anyone who shares this approach.
2010-2018 Campaign Advisor for local candidates. Provided poll workers and canvassing volunteers.
2012 - Volunteered for Obama/ Biden in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
2008 - Volunteered for Obama/Biden in Montgomery, Alabama.
2006 - Volunteer precinct captain for a local election. Provided poll workers for local candidates.
2005 - Founding Member/1st Vice-President, African American Democratic Club. Organized the first club of its kind in the County. Provided issues-oriented and problem-solving initiatives promoted to the citizens and elected officials. Held voter registrations and GOTV (Get Out The Vote) efforts. Helped negotiate and co-sponsor the 2006 U.S. Senatorial Debate at the University of Maryland. The first for an African-American Democratic Club in the state.
2002 - Campaign Chairman/ Senior Advisor: Friends of Mark K. Spencer,
Candidate for Prince George’s County States’ Attorney. Duties included the day-to-day operation of the campaign. Volunteer outreach, canvassing, phone banking, campaign strategies, fundraising, and meet and greets. Poll staffing and voter registration drives. Daily briefings and accompanied the candidate to all events.
1996 - Campaign worker and grassroots organizer, Prince Georges County School Board candidate. Poll worker.
